5. How Do We Handle Your Social Logins?

Our Sites may offer the ability to register or log in using third-party social media account details (such as Facebook, Google, or LinkedIn). Where you choose to do this, we will receive certain profile information from your social media provider. This may include your name, email address, profile picture, and other information you have made public on that platform.

6. Do We Use AI Tools That Learn From Your Interactions?

Founder Launch LLC is developing AI-powered tools and features as part of our services. These tools may use data derived from your interactions with us — including questions you ask, content you submit, and how you engage with our products — to improve the accuracy, relevance, and performance of those tools over time.

We will not use your personally identifiable information to train AI models without appropriate safeguards. Where feasible, data used for model improvement is anonymized or aggregated before use. You may contact us at hello@founderlaunch.ai to ask questions about how your data may be used in connection with our AI features.

As our AI capabilities evolve, we will update this policy to reflect how data is collected and used. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.

If you access our Sites from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. By using our Sites, you consent to such transfer. We take reasonable steps to ensure your data remains protected in accordance with this privacy policy.

8. What Is Our Stance on Third-Party Websites?

Our Sites may contain links to or advertisements from third-party websites, services, or applications. We do not control and are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.

9. How Long Do We Keep Your Information?

We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements). No purpose in this policy will require us to keep your personal information for longer than 2 years past the termination of your account.

When we no longer have a legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will delete or anonymize it. If deletion is not immediately possible (e.g., because data is stored in backup archives), we will securely isolate your data until deletion is feasible.

10. How Do We Keep Your Information Safe?

We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. However, please be aware that no transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we do our best to protect your information, transmission of personal data to and from our Sites is at your own risk. You should only access our services within a secure environment.
